Internet payment options are Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit. - When paying with a credit card please only click the `PAY NOW` button once or you may be charged more than once. If this does occur you will be refunded asap. - When using direct deposit option please alow two extra business days for processing of your order.
Payment options in the salon are Amex, Visa, Master card, Direct Deposit, Eftpos and Cash.

There is a flat $10 fee per order (not per product). Orders are sent via express post. Packages containing product with a value of $400 or more will be sent via `Platinum Express Post`. You will be emailed a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website so that you can track your order. |

All orders are shipped via Australia Post on the day payment is received (for payments received before 2:00pm AEDT). Direct deposit payments may take a few days to be deposited into our account. There may be occasions out of our control where orders may be delayed. In all cases Salus Face & Body will inform you should such a situation arise. We suggest you supply a work address if nobody is home during the day.

If an item does not meet your expectations please follow these procedures for your return. Please note - products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Call +61 2 9369 4322 or email onlineorders@salusfaceandbody.com.au to place a request for a return. Please include reason for the return. Include a note stating purchasers name, address and order number and reason for return. Return item in original shipping carton - under normal circumstances, products cannot be returned opened/used. Send returns to salus face & body, Suite 806, 251 Oxford St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, Australia Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If return is due to error on the part of salus face & body, shipping charges will be refunded. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. Refund will be credited to your original credit card account. |

If a particular product has been updated by the manufacturer before we have a chance to update our image, The image on this site may not always represent the product you receive. However, we do try to update our pictures often for accuracy. Salus specialises in Thalgo & Dermalogica retail sales and Thalgo or Dermalogica treatments. Both Thalgo & Dermalogica have websites containing in-depth information on all of their products. |
